Space Adventures (part 2)

In 2006, Space Adventure offered its tourists an optional one-and-a-half-hour space walk outside the Space Station for an additional fee of $15 million.

The company has an ambitious plan to fly tourists to the moon ... at a cost of $100 million. Only two paying passengers would be able to travel aboard the Russian spaceship to make the journey.

The company has recently moved towards developing sub-orbital space flights, to compete in the $100,000-200,000 marketplace being targetted by Virgin Galactic, Xcor, Armadillo Aerospace and Astrium. Space Adventures is also building spaceports in the Middle East and Singapore.
